I've recently started researching the Messick line. My grandmother Lottie had a brother named James. She was born in 1905 in Alexander or Iredell Co., NC. Their father was Arthur Lewis Messick and mother was Sallie Wilson. Don't have any dates on anyone but Lottie. Please let me know if this matches anything that you have.
