Greetings,
I am wondering if you are familiar with a Beatrice "May" Messer, who married a man named Will Justice. They must have been born in the last 1880s or 1890s. They lived in a poorhouse in Haywood County in the late 1920s and early 1930s.
I was wondering if you have any information about this couple. I am helping their son, a WWII veteran, recount the story of his life in book form. He spent his early years in that poorhouse, although I noticed at least one of the brothers spent some time with Messers.
I appreciate any help you can provide
