Rufus Messenger died in 1835 in Brighton, New York and on th probate it has number that I think was his age. I have to take a good look at all the genealogy on my Messenger's again. I have found all the children of Rufus Messenger and I would love to know what happened to his wife after his death. Did she remarry?
