Thanks so much for replying to my message. I don't believe that they are the same Benjamin. I have a copy of an 1870 Census (from New Rochelle, NY) that says Benjamin is 47 years old. That would give his birth at around 1823 and his grave stone says he died in 1898 (possibly 1893- its hard to read)
Does your information say where that Benjamin was born?(state, city?)
