Im looking for the parents of Benjamin Merritt born 1822 or 1823? Died 1898? He married Mary A. and had children:Elizabeth,William,John J.,Benj.,Emma, Augustus, Ella. Benjamin is my gg-grandfather and is buried at Beechwoods cemetary in New Rochelle NY (along with Mary A., my g-grandmother Emma, Grandmother Edith and other Merritt family members) I would love any information on this Merritt family.
