Your Lucy Merrifield (m Wayne Webster) is the d/o John Merrifield & Eda Brooker. John d Mantua Twp, Portage Co, OH. Thia John ia buried with Thomas Chandler Merrifield ( m Lois Gergory 27 Nov 1825 Portage Co, Oh;s/o Thomas Merrifield & Eunice Watkins- died Portage Co, OH).
Thomas Merryfield/Merrifield b 1747 Wells, York, ME, d 1826 Mantua Twp, Portage Co, OH; m Eunice Watkins (d/o Josiah) 24 Jun 1773 Westfield, Hampden Co, MASS. All their children born in Becket, Berkshire, MASS. There is a pretty good tree on rootsweb.com but they have "born in Booth Creek, WVA" which is incorrect.
Thomas Merryfield/Merrifield is s/o Simeon Merryfield/Merrifield & Thankful Ryder; s/o William Merryfield/Merrifield & Margaret Frost.
That is as far as I have got on this branch of Merrifields.
