I know what you mean about not getting results when the transcriber or census taker made a tiny spelling change. Very frustrating. I wonder why it didn't appear when I searched on Green, anyway. Alfred was the oldest child I had. I will pass on to my friend. I had the Merrifield data, error-filled as it might be. It might have come from some of your posts (I'm not doing this tree very rigorously). Notify Administrator about this message?
