Eugene Merchant married Mabelina Benson, daughter of John and Mary Benson, and had children: Donald, Richard, Jean, Valerie, Carol, Malcolm, and Elenore Merchant. Unfortunately, I do not have any dates to work with at the moment. Does anyone recognize the names of this Mount Desert family of Maine? Any help at all would be very much appreciated.
