I'm looking for the parents of Elisha Merchant who in the 1850 USC of Truxton, Cortland County, NY was 68y. His wife Polly was 70y. Both born in NY. Also listed in the same cenus were perhaps two sons. Ebeneser who was b.c. 1808 in NY with his family and William b.c. 1818 in NY, also with his family. The later two and their families are buried in the Cuyler Cemetery in Cortland County.
Any help with this family would be greatly appreciated.
