My name is Jack A. Mercer I have been paying taxes on some mineral rights in plesant county for about 15 years.I have been approached by an oil company wanting to lease them for about 5 years for an undisclosed amount of money. They are still in my grandfather’s name so I feel that they belong to all of his heirs.I have been trying to locate all of the ones still living ,but it is a hard since they have moved around so much.
