Menke-Quirk marriage, 1900-1906

Looking for record of marriage of Rose Quirk of Joliet, Ill., and Bernard Menke, 1900-1906, in unknown place. Her previous husbands were Thomas Blackbourne and George Lutzow, so marriage likely is recorded as Rose Lutzow. Bernard Menke died in Oakland, Calif., in 1906, and supposedly was a private detective. They also are believed to have lived in McKeesport, PA., Cincinnati and Pittsburgh.
