Carla,
My Great GM was Marie Meng, born in Denmark 15 September 1847 and lived in Cedar County, NE. I have a little information about her family, photos, etc.I have visited her place of birth in Denmark, etc. I would be happy to send you the information that I have in my files. The previous messages relating to the Meng family, German vs Danish, are correct. This part of Denmark was at one time Germany.
