Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Kenneth: It sure would seem that your wife and my wife Judy descended from the same Menehan clan,BUT,at what ancestor level? Judy's Mike was born abt 1836-37 and came to US in 1858 via Pa, Nebr,Ks around 1865. Your Patrick(m. to Rose) may have been a brother or uncle, but I have no proof.Have you found any Meeneghan's in Belmullet area? We have not been able to find Judy GGrdfthr, Mike's parental info. Let's keep in touch, Wayne
Sheets(judywayne2@aol.com)
(I think every Irish family has a Bridget, Patrick, Thomas, Mike, and a Margaret)
