My paternal father's name is Porfirio Mendoza, but on his birth certificate is Porfirio Mendoza Davila.He was born on 9-25-26 at Las Piedras,PR.I have 2 names for his father,on his birth certificate is Cenen Mendoza.On my register of birth it shows Victor Mendoza.I also have 2 names for his mother,1st is Juana Davila & 2nd is Antipa Davila all from Las Piedras PR.Porfirio was 26 yrs old when i was born 8-19-53 in Panama City,Panama.Does anyone have any info on him or relatives?
