I am a big fan of movies from Hollywood's golden age. I get dvds from my library and if I want to see something on the big screen I go to the Stanford theatre not far from my home in Northern California. This theatre is a restored art deco theatre from the '20's and only shows movies from the teens to the '60's. I'm 54 and I know who Tyrone Power and Robert Taylor were. Most of today's actors can't hold a candle to the stars of the '30's, '40's, and '50's! My mom and dad were teens in the '30's and I have her scrapbook with several pages filled with pictures of Tyrone Power from movie magazines. Check out old movies if you want to see something good.
