What are your baseball memories? For me it will always be listening to the SF Giants on the radio with Lon Simmons and Russ Hodges. It was a really big deal to bring the portable radio on picnics or on vacation at the Russian River. We never missed a game. Mays, McCovey, Marichal, Bobby Bonds, Montefusco, Matt Williams, Will Clark, Jose' Uribe, and Kevin Mitchell. I could go on and on! Last year when they won the World series I was ecstatic, I only wish my dad, mom and oldest brother were still around. One of my fave memories was when Joe Morgan knocked the Dodgers out of contention in '82.
