Fall days, raking leaves

Hello everyone: well the weather is turning cooler and in some parts of the country, beautiful fall foliage is falling, and requiring raking. Since I was born in Pensacola, Florida, and lived here in Houston/Sugarland Texas area, not much change of seasons. We just have brown leaves to rake. (But as old as I am, I still jump right in the middle of those leaves before I bag.) I love the change of seasons and would love to hear stories of fall events from your past or your area.
