The DNA would help but also digging into the fact that if this is the same person you stated kept records of all his slaves, he did not seperate his slaves and kept them in the family good chance he might be a relative!

as far as the picture goes I cant say what the situation is. Try asking them for a copy and see if theycan produce it. If your giving them pictures they should share theirs back
