To All: Aaron 1803-1805 was born in TN. He married Rhoda Musick. The thought was that John Shell of Sullivan Co TN off of Arnold Shell line was married to Rebecca Griffith. Now this John went to Izard, Ark. I had a relative that is the oldest living male off that line tested. He matched with another Shell from TN that was off of John's brother, Andrew, both sons of Arnold Shell. They matched. My oldest Shell line was compared to another Shell of my line to make certain our DNA matched. It did. Now if John Shell, son of Arnold, fathered Aaron and some think Mariah Shell of TN, then why did the DNA not match? If John and Andrew's line matched then if Aaron was the son of John the DNA should have matched as well. Anyone with information on Aaron Shell 1803-1805 who married Rhoda Musick , please email me! I am looking to see if Aaron Shell 1787 had any male children. I find it hard to belive he had only one child, a daughter Emeline Shell Worley! You may reach me @ roseanna-cornett@insightbb.com. Also the Johannes Casper Shell line, Jacob Shell line and Arnold have been tested and posted with family tree DNA. I just noted that the William Shell line out of VA has been tested and posted as well. If you are interested in the Shell DNA please go to: http://worldfamiliesnet/surnames/Shell/results.
