Kevin, I have associated with the legal community off and on for years and it is well known that 'eye witnesses' are not dependable; and that everyone sees the same event in a different way....that eye witnessesmay change their story as they gather info from other eye witnesses, etc.
Another example of how people process info is the study of the Holy Bible.It is said that you can take a verse in the Bible and it is understood in different ways what was written, etc.That's why we have so many different church beliefs.
So, I am not surprised we on this board understand the same data differently.One explanation may be the different level of life experiences and education.
I have noticed, however, that a person who is expert in diagramming sentences has a better chance of knowing what is being said.And one who is a prolific user of out-of-ordinary words stands the least chance of being understood.
