This gene goes back THOUSANDS of years to the time of the Egyptian Pharoahs and beyond.

Modern science has found residue of Cocaine and Tobacco in several of the Egptian pharoahs hair samples. These products came from South America one way or another.

Any illness atributed to this is all the more proof that anyone with the problems described ,is not a a person of Melungeon hertiage. The Melungeons were very healthy people, not squating sick people.

Its nothing more than Scotch Irish descendents who have been convinced brain washed .into believing they are some type of FREAK thing a Turkish Melungeon . By the production of fake propaganda such as [Tribe of Hairy Turks ]living in the Peidmount hills, fake info. Drake was a Turkish social worker who so loved the Turks that he turned the Queeens colony of Roanoke to the Turk fake info. Sevier met a grop of Moorish Melungeons. fake info. Geneaolgy scams created to benefit the Govt of Turkeys bid to join the European Union.

Melungeons were Moonshiners. to carry all those jugs corn liquid up and down the hills ,One had to be in excellant health not a sick squating Turk..
Theres no records of the Melungeons having the symptoms described. Goes to show he who has ,is not one of Melungeon heritage.
Regards
