To be honest, I don't think it's fair to me for me to put my professional reputation (such as it is) on the line in public against someone who is anonymous. It's just foolish. But you make some valid points and your analysis is sometimes sharp, so I'll be foolish and play the monkey.
So, collect all your questions and I promise I will answer them when I can get the time. I will warn you beforehand that you will be permitted only one follow-up per question because you seem to post infinitum in order to get the last word, and you must use clear plain language instead of the bogus intellectual language you sometimes use. (I don't mean to hurt your feelings, but you know its true.)
I plan to address all of Kevin's questions before yours because K comes before L, and, to be frank, because he's not a jerk. So, be patient, wait your turn, and good things will follow.
