Joanne Pezzullo,

What viability do you think rests on what "everyone reading this" agrees? Anyone who thinks "The testimony was not anecdotal claims" is someone who does not comprehend "anecdotal". (American HeritageŽ Dictionary: Description of anecdotal: Based on casual observations or indications rather than rigorous or scientific analysis). All the considerations pertinent to Solomon Bolton stem from the complexion related attitude prevalent during that era in which denigrating exonyms such as "melungeon" and "redbone" were in use colloquially.
