Joanne,
The Mullins DNA group I'm in has concluded that Booker Mullins "was genetically (on the male, or Y-chromosome) NOT a Mullins", at least that's how I understand it. The results of my DNA conclude that my Irish Jim Mullins was unrelated to ANY of the other Mullins lines that have been included in the Mullins DNA group (most, but not all, are descendants of Booker). Interesting enough, my DNA matches 3 men named Stiles and 2 named White, so it's possible ol' Irish Jim wasnt a Mullins either! That may be an explanation for the FPC designation in 1830, who knows.
