In a genuine attempt to determine if *some* Melungeons might carry one of the 'three' *Mediterranean diseases* that has been the focus of the Melungeon list for many years a new group has been started.
The archives are closed and anyone who suspects they have Melungeon families that have been diagnosed with these three diseases are invited to join and share their stories.
