So could one not say the same for South Africa, Great Britain, Australia, or any other place with a significant population of non-whites that are dispersed among the "white" population? Race goes beyond skin-color; ie. Shiites/Sunni, Serb/Croats, Hutus/Tuttis, etc, and "racism" exists all over the world, not just America.
