I have a Barney Meloy/Maloy (my ggg grfather) (January 1832 – 3 Mar. 1902) with a brother Neil. Barney lived in Benton, and can be found there in the 1870 census with his wife Isabella Rooney whom he married in Hazel Green in 1868. I have no idea who Barney's parents are, and since you mentioned that most Maloy/Meloys from this area appear to have come from either Patrick or Francis, I was wondering if you have any Bernard/Barneys or Neils in your Maloy/Meloy collection.
