I believe I am also a descendant of Francois Meloche and Francoise Crequi. Their daughter Elisabeth was born in 1795 in Detroit, according to the databases I have seen. If you have the book "The Meloche Legacy" would you check to see if you can find Elisabeth, her birthdate and place? And is her spouse listed as Samuel Wilson? Is there a list of their children? I hope this information is available. I have been trying to find more than clues to connect my Priscilla Wilson to this Elisabeth and Samuel Wilson.
