I thought I should add what little I know about the
siblings: Jacob had several children, Carl was lost at sea,
according to my mother, Pearl had several children, her
married name at that time was McGaffick, she was widowed and later married a Weese, Lellie had two children, and gave them up for adoption, according to family reports, and then married a William Miller, they went off with a carnival and showed up later, settling in the Carolina's somewhere, Bertha had several children under the name of Clendenning, she divorced and later married an Ingram, I believe. James Paul, I heard died in California in the
early 1990's. James Paul had three children, and I heard his wife was still living a couple of years ago. Some of the McGaffick and Clendenning Kids, as well as Frank Melott's grandchildren/great grandchildren, still might be in the East Liverpool, OH, Chester WV region.
