This might be a lead for you. I have an Isaac Barton Mellott born ca 1860, Fulton Co, PA. He had wife Anna, b Nov 1867. Their ch Thompson, b Sep 1884; LLoyd, Oct 1886; Elsie, Dec 1889; Carrie, Oct 1894; John, Oct 1898. There may be more children as I stopped at the 1900 census. I suspect he is g-f of your Isaac.
