Victor,
A Melick family history book, entitled "The Story of an Old Farm" was published by Andrew D Mellick in 1889. It contained an 85 page genealogy of the 5 emigrants and their descendants, up until that time. What a resource for current researchers.
Original copies are VERY dear, but reprints can be purchased from Higginson, and other reprint sellers. A scanned copy is avail on Ancestry.
Steve Varonka has retyped the entire genealogy, and posted it to http://www.colcohist-gensoc.org/gedcoms/default.htm. Many thanks to Steve!!!
