Clemente Melendez Diaz (1887-1975), my grandfather, was born in barrios Palmas, Salinas, Puerto Rico. He later moved to Cayey, PR before 1917. According to the 1910 Census, he MAY HAVE had 3 brothers by the name of:

1. Eustaquio Melendez Diaz (b. cir 1872/1875 maybe 1865). Eustaquio moved to Cayey per 1920 and 1930 census. Has a WW1 Draft Card from Cayey

wife:
a. Eustaquia Gonzalez Surana (b. cir 1877/1882/1885)

6 siblings:
a. Rosario Melendez Gonzalez (b. cir 1901/1908) – moved to Cayey per 1920 census and maybe moved to Bayamon per 1930 census
b. Miguel Melendez Gonzalez (July 1900-July 1976) – moved to Cayey census per 1920 and 1930 censuses. Spouse was named Angela in 1930.
c. Benigno Melendez Gonzalez (b. cir 1913/1912) per 1920/1930 Cayey censuses
d. Herberta Melendez Gonzalez (b. cir 1915) per 1920 Cayey census
e. (First name UNK) Melendez Gonzalez

2. Ygnacio (Ignacio) Melendez Diaz (b. cir 1871)

3. Manuel Melendez Diaz (b. cir 1879). Probably moved to Cayey per 1920 Census.

Clemente Melendez Diaz parents were Francisco Melendez and Esequiela Diaz.
