Hi Charline,
Seems that there might be no records of Modeste's birth nor baptism and it seems that their marriage certificate does did not include names of her parents.
While it is possible that Fred and Modeste were born in Minudie, you'd be safer just indicating "Nova Scotia" as their birth place since birth records do not indicate Minudie as their place of birth. Frederic's father (Janne) and grandfather (Parrotte) were at Minudie (pre-1800) as tenant farmers on the DesBarres estate but the vast majority of the Acadians were evicted just at the turn of the century.
Anyways, if you need more data on anyone from this line let me know and I'll get what I can for you (this line is very close to my own, I decend from Pierre dit Parrotte, so I have quite a bit). If you have not been to the cemetery in Scoudouc let me know as I probably have a photo of Emilie's tombstone, if that is were she died. I'll check my Memramcook cemetery photos as well.
