Laura Aretta Rosenstein married George Meisner 06 Jan 1918. She divorced him 11 Nov 1923. He left her before the children were born. George Meisner wrote her a letter, after she divorced him and asked for a divorce. He didn't even know she had already filed the papers and divorced him.

Aretta Meisner married Pearly Elmer Gatewood 6 Aug 1925. Pearly Elmer Gatewood adopted Mary Geraldine Meisner & Gerald Edward Meisner.

Aretta divorced both Meisner and Gatewood, but I only have divorce papers on Meisner. I also have the letter Meisner wrote asking for a divorce. He was living in Sapulpa, OK in 1924 when he wrote the letter. I have a wedding invitation and announcements in the newspaper, and marriage certificate of the Gatewood marriage. I know he's from Kansas, but I don't have a birth certificate or anything. I believe Pearly has been married more than once. I don't know anything about the Gatewood or Meisner parents, siblings or anything. That's pretty much all the info I have. I don't have much else.
I have alot more Rosenstein info. I have very little Gatewood and Meisner info. If anyone can add anything to this please respond.
