Hi Susan -

The information I have is as follows:

Philip Mehrhof (born abt 1803, Hesse Darmstadt, Germany)
died 2 Sept 1869, Verona, Oneida County, NY
married
Catharina D. (born 28 Apr 1798 - died 11 May 1870)

They were parents of
Nicholas(May 1828 - 1913),
Philip(23 Jan 1839 - ? ),
Peter(27 Apr 1836 - 18 Sept 1909)
Catherine(15 Sept 1832 - 29 July 1900)
All born in Hesse Darmstadt
(I am descendant of Catherine)

Nicholas married Hester Ann Oakley (b. July 1826, NY)
They had
Hannah (b. Apr 1855)
Warren (b. Apr 1874)
Delta A.F. (b. June 1868)
Nicholas (b. 1850)

Nicholas married Lucinda (b. Sept 1853)
They had
Helen (b. 27 May 1871)
Elmore Nicholas (b. 11 Dec 1872)
Oswald (b. Dec 1874)
Nicholas (b. 1877)
Hester (b. Oct 1880)
Armenia (b. Oct 1882)
Gracie (b. Nov 1885)
Alva (b. Jan 1887)
Gertrude (b. Feb 1889)

Some of this information came from piecing together headstones
at Maple Grove Cemetery, Hackensack, NJ and some came from
census records. So I'm sure there are a few minor errors. I am still
trying to clean it up.

Does this help?

Diane Kelly
