Francis Meeks, 1803-1870, operated a store at Appomattox Court Hous, VA when Lee surrendered. He supposedly came from Albemarle County, VA. He and his wife Martha had 2 known sones, Lafayette and Mayo. I would like to connect him to my family tree and locate descendants.
