Seeking parentage of Esther MEEKER, b. abt. 1784 PA, d. aft. 1850, probably in Allen Co., OH. She m. Daniel POINT abt. 1798 probably in Luzerne Co., PA as they were enumerated there in 1800. By 1810 they were living in Washington Co., PA, and by 1820 they had settled in Delaware Co., OH. By 1840 they had migrated to the Allen Co.(then Putnam), OH area. Children of Daniel and Esther (MEEKER) POINT are believed to be John; Eliza, wife of Andrew MILLER; Jemima, wife of Reuben PLACE; Henry; Joanna, wife of William PLACE; Esther, wife of Orange CULVER; Aaron, Squire, William, Charles, and George.
Is Esther an unknown daughter of Amos MEEKER (b. 1845)?
