My husband's great grandmother was Caroline Alice Mee. She was called Carrie. She was married to BB Arwood, a roadmaster for the Southern RR. She was born in Sept. 1857 and died in April 1901 in McDonough, GA. She left behind eight children. My husband's grandmother was one of them, Her name was Ola Cornelia Arwood. The body of Carrie Mee Arwood was carried by train from GA to Morristown, TN to be buried. We believe that is where her Mee family was. We are trying to find out more info on her family.
