I have a book in my possession "Young Men of the Bible" a hard cover book published by William P Nimmo of Edinburgh, printed by Ballantyne & Company of Edinburgh.

This book has an inscription on the inside, hand written:

Presented to Charles MEE for his uniformly good conduct, and assistance in singing in the Mt Albert Sunday School, 30th January 1875.

I cannot (yet) place this Charles in my tree and would be greatful to hear from any other MEE researchers who may be able to provide more information.
