I found Mee graves and local decendents of the Willaimstown and Glenamaddy,Ireland Mee family. My line is the Mee family Shramore of Townland Liskea, town of Williamstown, Galway Ireland. The graveyard is located next to the ancient St. Patrick well and old mill. Darby Mee d. 8/24/46 and his wife Mary d. 6/29/60 are buried next to Michael Gannon d. 12/28/1915 and his wife Margret(nee Mee)d. 5/1/1929 ages 70 and 84 respectfully.
Margret Mee was born in family home, arranged marriage by a local Kearney (Hussey)from townland Pollaneyster. Matchmaker in area. Gannon moved into Mee family farm. Some decentants still living the old way in original family farm no heat, electric ect, but comfortable. Mee line still strong in area.
