In the late middle ages or early Renaissance period, approx 1442 we find the following two families in Colan. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

IN “A Complete Parochial History of the county of Cornwall”
edited by J Poisue
1442 John Blewett, of Colan
He married Jane, dau & coheiress of Roger de Colan of Colan.

In "Old Falmouth"
THE STORY OF THE TOWN FROM THE DAYS OF THE KILLIGREWS TO THE EARLIEST PART OF THE 19TH CENTURY.
BY : SUSAN E. GAY.

John Blewett of Colan, married Jane, daughter and co-heiress of Roger de Colan, of Colan. John Blewett was Sheriff of Cornwall in 1442

Who was John Blewett and who was his parents?
Who is Roger de Colan and who was his parent?

Does any one know of any Books or web sites with this information?

Thanks,
Mike Blewett
