I am wondering if anyone has any information on the Kellys, of Kelly, co. Devon, England, and the Talbots/Valletorts. A John Kelly was b. abt. 1615 in Exeter, co. Devon, England, m. to Nancy Bishop abt. 1640 in Ipswich, MA and d. 28 Dec. 1644 in Newbury, MA. His ancestors were supposed to be from Kelly, co. Devon, England, where a Thomas Kelly, of Kelly, co. Devon, England d. 1404 and m. to Elizabeth Talbot, dau. of William Talbot of Spreyton. This William Talbot d. abt. 1429 and m. to Margaret, prob. Valletort.
