Poland and the Crusades
Posted by: Elizabeth Finn (ID *****3315) Date: November 03, 2006 at 15:49:07

I have heard that the surname Krzyzanowski ( my maternal line) was somehow related to a group of individuals in Poland in the Middle Ages who were participants in the Crusades.
Can anyone confirm that and or direct me to somewhere I can learn more about this.Which Crusade?
Thanks
