My cousin Pam recently found evidence in the Van Wert County courthouse that indicates Rosa Brown Medaugh was the lone survivor in a set of quadruplets born to Maria Kesler and Samuel Brown. This could be the explanation for her four names--one for each of the quads. I am the father of twin sons and am curious to know if there are any multiple births in this line.
