Hi Paul,

Would you know if you are descended from the family of my great-great grandmother, Catherine Meares Duckett, born in 1813, and baptized and married at Sts. Peter & Paul. She was the daughter of Michael and Mary White Meares and the wife of Patrick Alexander Duckett.

In my ten years of research, you are the first Meares in Ireland that I have seen on any of the genealogy sites. Since it is Christmas, I thought I would push my Irish luck and hope that I have found a cousin.

Kind regards,

Loretta Myrter
Gettysburg, Pa.
