MEANY and DILLON from County Clare Ireland to Indiana USA

Would someone be able to refer to the US Federal Census for 1880 and look up

Patrick DILLON and his wife Hanora DILLON, both from Ireland. Patrick was age 70 and Hanora was age 65.
Their home address in 1880 was:
La Fayette, Tippecanoe, Indiana.

Patricks occupation was a R.R.Watchman (what does theat mean???)

There was another name as well: Thomas Hallahan age 64.

My g.g.grandparents were Patrick DILLON and Norah MEANY from Kilkishen, County Clare, Ireland.

I have no idea what happened to them or the rest of their family and this couple are the right age.

If there is any more information or if they appear on any other Census would someone who has the records please be able to let me know.

One other thing, if there are any US immigration records in those names it may help me find what happened to them.

I will put this message on the DILLON and MEANY list as well in case other family may be searching.

Kind regards
Ernene Smedley
