Hi Mary. My father was born in Obion in 1919. He lived there until approxamitely 1938 or so, and then moved to Chicago where he met my mother, Josephine Riegel. Then WWII broke out and he became a tail gunner on the plane "Round Twip Rabbit". He had two brothers, Elbridge and Hilliard Mealer. My dad stayed in the Air Force until the early seventies and then retired. I never got to know his side of the family very well, unfortunatly. I'd love to find out now if there are any Mealers' that may know of him, or me, or even my mother who is now 82 years old. It would be such a blessing. Please write again soon. I look forward to hearing anything from you. Thanks a million, and God Bless.
