Very interested in this discussion as I have been told for years that there was Indian blood in our family. Have been searching for proof..Grandpa Murray Meador always told us he was 1/8 Cherokee, but I have not been able to find where it comes in. Would appreciate all the information anyone can give me in any section of our line (descending from Joel and Susannah (Clark) Meador, - then through oldest son, Jesse, born 1750 in Bedford, Va).
Shoshone..would like all you will share with me concerning your family, and the ties to Meadors. Please feel free to e-mail me direct.
