LEACH, Mable L. b 1887, Eliot ME Ancestry?

I received a copy of Charles W. Hoyt's birth certificate which does say that his parents were John H. Hoyt who was 27 years old in 1915. John was from Fremont, NH

His mother was Mable Lena Hoyt. Her maiden name was LEACH and she was from Eliot, ME. She was 28 in 1915.

So that makes Mable Leach Hoyt's birth year 1887.

I can't seem to find her on any Eliot, ME records or census.

Does anyone have her ancestry?
