Ethel A. Eastman, born ca 1887 in Biddeford, d. 05 Aug 1948 in Kennebunk(port); supposed to be bur. Evergreen Cemetery, Berwick ME, but couldn't find; m. 19 Aug 1922 Merle R. Johnston. Ethel was dtr. of Alice A. Boston and Charles H. Eastman, m. 24 Apr 1886 in Biddeford. Alice was b. 5 May 1863 possibly in Biddeford, and d. 05 Mar 1927 in Kennebunkport ME. Parents were Josiah H. Boston and Elizabeth. Alice was also married to Wilis Warren Chappell.
I am trying to find a connection with my ancestor Henry Porter Eastman, possibly a brother to George A. Eastman of Berwick, Maine. George was the father of Charles H. Eastman who m. Alice A. Boston. Their daughter Ethel was probably the last link in this family, and I have been unable to find a connection with her father's family and my Henry Eastman. I have a photo of an Eastman relative who may be Ethel. I can scan this photo to anyone who may have knowledge of this family or a photo of Ethel.
I could not find any Obit for Ethel or for Merle R. Johnston, who she married; perhaps she had a second marriage.
I would be most grateful for any help with this. Any records I may have been able to access to prove this family existed were destroyed by fire.
